Make no mistake, you were guided here by a love greater than all of us.   If you have ever been in an airplane as it ascends above the clouds; you can understand what it means to experience the beauty of illumination - when the only thing that has changed was your perspective.

Why do we search for meaning?   We don't do it for career, financial or other earthly reasons; we do it because we feel a natural call within us to find an understanding of our purpose.

My hope is to inspire you towards a personal growth journey that will enrich your life with the timeless message of Christ.   As a graduate student in Orthodox Christian theology and an Orthodox convert for almost 30 years, I believe I have a unique perspective that may resonate with those previously exposed to a "Western" interpretation of Christianity - I pray it will be of some benefit to you.

The original Church, entrusted to us by the Apostles, was not a lecture hall for rote memorization of chapter and verse, nor was it a stage for preaching a message of worldly prosperity.   It was (and remains) a living body, where the faithful encounter Christ through worship, sacraments, and the transformative power of the Gospel.

All of the Apostles refused to deny what they saw with their own eyes.   I pray that one day we can all have just a fraction of this true faith - the knowledge that God is within us.

For my small part, I wanted to put together a set of tools that will help you on this journey.   I update this site often and I encourage you to move through the Catechumen modules to get a deeper understanding of the Original Church of Christ.
